Incredibly rude, unprofessional and wholly terrible service from reception. Never again.

I arrived in time for my appointment and the lady at reception told me that there were 2 patients ahead of me. After patiently waiting in the dedicated waiting area, the doctor appeared and admitted a 3rd patient ahead of me. Confused and disappointed, I asked the lady at reception again to inform me when the doctor will be attending to me. I was told that there were another 2 patients ahead of me and that since I had not arrived on time for my appointment, she had scheduled multiple people ahead of me and had not informed me of this when I had arrived. What a waste of my time.
The lady at the counter was the owner’s wife I was informed there by another patient. She had been confusing me by lying and making multiple stories of her severe mistakes and accusing that it was the doctor’s mistakes by calling randomly and not following patient’s list on the computer. When confronted infront of the doctor she at once changed her statements. Terrible and disgusting !!

All round a terrible experience. Save yourself a good amount of time and don’t visit this centre.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this medical center. Dr. Bipen was very unprofessional. We waited four hours for her to administer my child’s vaccination, only for her to leave the center without informing anyone. Afterward, we were directed to another doctor, who kept us waiting for an additional hour and then informed us that she couldn't perform the vaccination. The staff at this medical center are highly inefficient. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

The 3 stars i gave are for Dr. Gak, who was so amazing in asking questions, explaining diagnoses and people skills.
To the people saying the bad reviews are from some former disgruntled Dr or the ones who came to this medical centre since they were young, the medical centre has since changed. Most of the former Drs left while they were closed and audited.
The one-star reviews are almost all for Dr. Shamila. I live down the rd and can honestly say I felt like crying after seeing her... however, I would go to Dr Gak 100 times over.

This place has the worst Dr. In the state. DR Shamila should have her license revoked. She doesn't care for you, has no interest in helping you, belittles her patients and is a public danger as she is failing in her duty of care to ensure people are getting the proper health care. On the other hand, the other doctors are good.

Poor attempt to add a new business listing on google to hide low star rating.
I just need to copy/paste my comment to both listings now, however, the rating will remain 1 start. I wish I could give ZERO star.

Saw a visiting dr there who was working on sunday. She was a strange character, was busy in telling how the owner has begged her to work on the weekend and how great she is by working and living in the city. She refused to call the hospital to find the test results and suggested to wait until next morning, come to the clinic for the blood tests, and then wait for the results.
Don't know how people are getting their medical licence when they don't have a heart or sympothy to serve a patient
