I saw Dr David Cosgriff today 03 December at MQ Trafalgar Street. I don't have to wait, I got in quickly. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, put me at ease when I described my symptoms and illness. He was very thorough in his examination and listened to my own account. I am visiting from Western Australia, my first visit to a GP outside of Perth and was very happy with the service. I highly recommend this practice, the male receptionist was very friendly too. Lots of free parking.

An excellent multiple GP practice - very new, well appointed and with friendly efficient staff. Well connected medically and close to the Macquarie University Hospital. Have been seeing my GP there for some years now and can't recommend it highly enough.

Worse reception experience. Was standing waiting to be received and totally ignored. Both of them ignorant and totally unprofessional.” I didn’t see you standing there “ doesn’t cut it. Not only is the front door 2 metres from the reception desk, I am literally standing in front of the desk. Next time I know to stand on top of the counter and do a song and dance so you can see and hear me!

My experience with MQ Health General Practice has been very positive. Dr Knox was very thorough, I didn't feel rushed, and I felt listened to. The receptionist was welcoming and they really worked hard to accommodate me when I need to make a follow up appointment. I even got a text message to say they'd received some results that were all clear and to contact them if symptoms persisted. I felt very looked after. Also the facility is clean, bathrooms are lovely, and parking is easy, free and close.
Would highly recommend given my positive experience.

I've been attending this practice for a number of years now. There is stressless and ample free parking, which is a huge bonus by comparison to the other rooms. The new practice rooms are spacious and light. The receptionists are always professional and friendly. GP Dr Heather Knox, is the very best!
