Walked in at 9:15am for a 9:30am appointment, walked out at 11am without seeing the doctor to sign 1 paper work and with a $400 parking fine. Thank you very much

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr Faiz and Dr Hiwa offer great sense of comfort to the patients and make you feel at ease and forget your sickness. Thank you for your great service to the community

In general, the receptionists are amazing, but
Salwa al suhaily needs a lot to be able for all diagnoses.
She did destroy and made worse situations instead of treating them.
She fully judged without knowing even a dot of my medical history, and I'll never let it go that easy!

Overall, the medical center maintains a clean and organised environment, and the doctors provide excellent care. However, there is room for improvement in the customer service area. When I make a call, I often find myself on hold for extended periods, sometimes even without a response at all, which can be frustrating given the purpose of having a phone line for inquiries!!!

I have been here a few times and I can definetly say I am very satisfied with the service provided at MP Medical Centre. The receptionists are extremely helpful and manage to accomodate patients as much as they can.
I've particularly noticed their dedication to their patients during the pandemic and can honestly say they have been amazing in making sure everyone is safe.
To add to that, I have a high regard for the doctors here. Some of the best that I've ever come across.

If there were a star below 1 I would have put it. Doctors are good but I have been calling for hours and they are lifting the phone up and not answering, as well as when going to centre same case wait for hours, receptionist let their cousins and family friends go before the patient waiting for hours.

The customer service is zero, there is no point of having a phone if you never answer it. They say you need to call at 9:00am to book an appointment for next day but when you call, they never answer the phone.
I would’ve given zero stars for the customer service but unfortunately I can’t. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
