I’ve been attending regular sessions with Annika for a few weeks now and I couldn’t recommend her and Movement 101 more! Annika is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and her positive energy is so uplifting! I always look forward to our sessions and I’m feeling stronger already!
Movement 101 is a very welcoming and clean environment, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend!

This is the second Movement 101 clinic I've been to and they never disappoint. Very knowledgeable physios! I've been working with Demi for multiple issues and it's been a really positive experience. She helped with my rotator cuff injury and got me back to full functionality in no time. Definitely recommend.

I had my first appointment with Anne and it was great. She did a really thorough assessment and immediately came up with a plan to address my injury. Dry needling was also used to provide immediate relief and to start the process of fixing the root cause of the problem. I'll definitely be coming back.

The physios at movement101 share a genuine passion for helping people get positive results. After originally being upset about some hard truths, I was contacted by the manager to resolve my feelings and to make sure they did everything they could to help me. I would have been a difficult client and he stood strong and supported his staff while delivering expert treatment and advice. The whole team is incredibly professional and experienced clinicians committed to integrity, a whole bunch of traits not to be taken lightly in this industry.
