Claire is amazing. I’ve had a frozen shoulder and she has worked wonders. In just over a month my pain has subsided and I have almost full ROM. She has given me great advice on how to improve my posture and practical exercises that have really helped make a difference. I have suffered from hip bursitis for nearly 6 years and have tried everyone and everything and have only felt temporary relief. The practitioners at Move Osteo - Alexandra Hills provide excellent care, but I regret to say that my recent experience with the receptionist on duty this morning (14/11/2024) was disappointing.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 pm today, which I had to cancel due to illness. While my appointment was indeed canceled, I was reminded of the 24-hour cancellation policy in a manner that felt unsympathetic given the circumstances.

Under normal conditions, I fully respect the 24-hour cancellation policy. However, waking up with a severe cold and receiving a response lacking understanding was disheartening, especially as there are likely signs advising clients to avoid attending if unwell.

This experience has left a negative impression, and I will be seeking alternative options for my healthcare needs going forward.

I always have a sore lower back/hip. I went for an apt and did I think 3 in total, I was good as gold again. I love the check ins I get after 3 months to check how things are going. Whenever my back flares, I go back for a treatment and it does the trick! Can’t rate it highly enough. It’s gentle yet effective.
