The receptionist Jen was the loveliest and most helpful medical receptionist I’ve ever met. She was so genuinely kind and helpful. The practice is also really lovely, even the waiting area is nice.

Absolute joke app at 1:30 no one in the office wait half an hour still no one we leave get half way home they call saying they are ready Late lunch? Let people know we have better things to do than wait around very unprofessional and it's not just a one off either there is always at least an hour wait at least time for a different doctor some one that actually cares about their patients

What a joke waited 40 mins past girlfriend's app time then asked how long the wait and was and told by reception another hour. Could have said something when we walked in
