Updated: I appreciate Helen for doing an amazing job and making sure any issue I experienced was looked into and even reached out to talk further. She is quite professional in her field and I truly appreciate the efforts she puts in into making clients, such as myself feel heard and valued. The Doctors also are amazing! Dr. Win, mine and my partner's main doctor that we see is truly amazing; you can definitely feel the care she puts into her work and onto the clients. And the rest of the staff are also quite welcoming ☺️ yes, I may have experience a "bump on the road" but nothing a little communication and necessary actions couldn't fix. A little communication and teamwork definitely goes a long way, and this medical place showed that. Thank you 😁🌸

The moment you walk thru the doors there is a feeling of security and warmth. From the front of house to the dentist chair. I had some big work done today but I soon lost the anxiety. The dentist and compassionate assistant were so professional and comforting, I actually started to fall asleep on two occasions. It's been a very long time that I've felt so impressed with any dentist practice. Thanks team.

My little Miss 8 is terrified of Dentists and has been since she was very young. The Dentist here was absolutely amazing, lovely, patient and kind. He also gave us all the information we needed and took the time to assure us and answer all our questions. The dental nurse and receptionist were wonderful too and made our experience here an easy, friendly and stress free one. Highly appreciated after some awful experiences in the past.

Our family have been patients of Dr Madhu Hazari for our medical appointments for many years and we very highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to investigate and explain options throughly.

We have also recently starting seeing Dr KC (Dr Kumaran Chandran) for our kids dental appointments. Dr KC and his team are exceptional and so is their aftercare service. They take the time to explain procedures in detail and we’re great at helping the kids feel happy and comfortable.

Thank you to the whole team at Mt Pleasant Dental. My anxiety was extremely high about getting my chipped tooth repaired. From the moment I walked in I was reassured with genuine care and kindness. I was so comfortable by the end of my appointment that I have booked in for another appointment to start looking after my teeth.
