Dr Masoud is a very good clinician & a thoughtful, kind & empathetic communicator. Very happy with his diagnosis & advice. He is my child’s doctor & she is very comfortable with him. I love that the Practice still allows drop-ins & its opening hours ensure good access to medical care which in an emergency is such a relief.

No long waiting time to see a doctor. Reception is friendly and helpful. Very convenient that you can have blood test done by their nurse and can drop off any sample to be taken to a lab. The doctors are caring and their main aim is to make you well.

Have been coming to Mt. Kuring-Gai medical centre for many years now and have always felt cared for. The doctors here really take the time to listen to your concerns and provide appropriate advice. Namely, my experience with Dr. Prasad has been amazing. With my health taking a turn in the last few years, she has been patient, caring and kind with all my queries and concerns. Her guidance during this time has been incredibly valuable.

Our family has been cared for by the clinic for the past 5 years and we are all so grateful for the care provided by all the doctors and staff there.

On this Tuesday morning, I was quite late for my appointment with Dr Aparna Prasad due to unexpected urgent reason. I have sincerely expressed my apologize to the inconvenience to her. She has still visited me and patiently introduced the late rule. Also suggested that it’s better to give the Centre a call in advance if the late is unavoidable in future. All her kindness and understanding is much highly appreciated!

Compared with Dr Prasad, I was quite disappointed for the reception lady’s attitude who first greeted me on that day. My sincerely apology and anxiety were ignored by her. After understood that my appointment might be cancelled, I have tried to negotiate and seek the help from her whether I can see other available people who can also help me on the day as I really did not intentionally to be late. She just totally ignored me and refused to communicate by keep asking me to sit down. Luckily, Dr Prasad has seen me and decided to invite me into her office eventually.

Still much appreciated for all the help and support received on the day. Just hope the reception staff could provide more professional and considerate service as a customer service role in future. As we all might have to face the same difficult situation in life, a little piece of the kindness and understanding from other people could means a lot rather than only indifference and refusal.
