I can not fault this doctor surgery. The doctors and staff are extremely caring and thorough. During our visit today my husband was not well during a blood test and the staff were quick to act and looked after him very well, as well as a member of the staff comforting myself while the doctor was with my husband.

I always leave this surgery feeling like I’ve actually been cared for.

This medical centre is the best in the area and one of the best I’ve been to. The staff are friendly, helpful and diligent. Dr Sharma is by far the best GP I have ever seen. She is patient, helpful and straight forward. She doesn’t send you off for pointless tests or scans and listens to all concerns you have. She is honest with her advice and provides solutions for any issue you have. I am very happy to have her as the GP for my husband, young daughter and myself and would highly recommend her to any one. The other doctors at the centre are also fantastic and the admin staff currently employed are also helpful and friendly. Wish they were open on weekends but a small sacrifice for quality care.

wonderful Iman (female) Medical Reception is excellent in all aspects always smiling, always efficient + prompt, always courteous and not least like Dodie in Douglas Pathology and the rest of the ladies of reception team and where would we be with the highest skilled female + male GPs keeping me in my good health. Practice keep up the good work. 5 of 5 stars

Dr Lim is very good but the practice manager is a very rude lady. When I called to book an appt with Dr Lim, the practice manager forced me to see another doctor in the practice. It is against Australian Health Law. The patient has the right to see a GP according to their choice. Please read Australian health law or at least study something related to medical admin and do best practice.

My GP is the best GP I have known and I have had experience with four other GP’s in 3 years and all were excellent. Is only have seen them when I couldn’t get into my GP as she was away or booked out. I have mental disabilities and asthma etc...

Visiting this Healthcare facility was waste of time. I booked my appointment for booster shot and on due date, they just refused to provide me services. As per them, I do not have Medicare card. They had my complete record, why didn't they told me earlier. Too disappointed!!!
