I have continued seeing Dr Yohan Kim at Macquarie for severe hip pain that was causing discomfort when I would walk. Within just a few sessions my pain is completely gone. I was skeptical at first as I have never visited a chiropractor, although I am very thankful for the Dr assisting me with my pain. I would highly recommend.

It would have been nice for someone to call back after l made appointment for my mum. Consultation lasted only 10 minutes and then had to pay $70 and even wanted her to get x-ray done there for $160. No! Please be prepared before you go, ask questions before you go. Would have been good to know these things if it's your first time. As for the money you took from a disabled person to return it. Not fair at all.

Dr Kim at Macquarie is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and is great at communicating and explaining what’s going on with my complex concerns. I feel great after every session and I have noticed an overall improvement in my health and well being. A clean modern space with x-ray facilities highly recommend this business.

I would never book at this place ever again. The person I spoke to was soo rude. I had booked an appointment on a Friday but there was a bus strike so I couldn’t make so I called @ 8:05am and left a message to cancel then I rebooked for the following Friday but I had to work. When I called to canceling he was so rude and made me feel like I was a bad person. I would stay well clear of the place at all cost.

If your after someone who considers all aspects of how the human body works and is willing to provide a treatment plan to suit you, James is your man.
He is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does. He provides you with all the info you need to understand why you may not be feeling the best, I had no idea certain vertebrae can effect certain bodily functions until he explained it all to me and gave me my own hand out on what things should look like.
James is extremely friendly and I have valued each session with him. Even though I have a long way to go I can already feel the benefits from our sessions and I am clicking less with certain movements.

First class care from Dr Yohan Kim in Macquarie office. Highly recommended to all out there. Takes time explain to customer using advanced software to diagnose posture, spine , associated muscles that related to one 's health. X ray facility is avail too ..very convenient. Dedicated professional service with soft and kind nature. Thank you Dr Kim.

I had my first appointment today. Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointment time.
I was in the treatment room for all of 12 minutes. $69 later. Was in my car driving away 14 minutes after being taken in.
I had an MRI of my back done prior and was suggested a few times I should have an X-ray. An MRI gives clearer and more details than a X-ray. I offered to get the images sent through.
Was told short treatment for the first one to ensure I would not be sore. Was not given any details for follow up.
Never going back again.

Having experienced neck pain for many years my visit with Dr James was first time in a chiropractors. Macquarie centre is clean and modern, appointments are always on time with reminders sent appropriately. Treatment was explained as we worked towards better mobility. Thanks heaps.
