A few months ago we had to visit the ER while on holiday, we were seen to so quickly and the nurses were so genuine and lovely. They made us feel extremely at ease in a stressful situation, being so accommodating while keeping things lighthearted and funny! Hands down the best hospital experience we’ve ever had and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the effort and energy they put into their jobs!

My mother was admitted to Mossman Hospital on her 80th birthday, suffering from pneumonia. She travelled from NZ, arriving 3 days before she went to hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful little hospital and the incredibly warm, friendly, funny and highly professional staff who we encountered in Emergency and on the Ward. Over 4 days, myself and my stepfather visited my mother twice daily. Staff were unfailingly welcoming, never hesitating to give us updates and answer our questions. Their care of my mother was heartwarming and reassuring to see. Thank you all!

I had to go to emergency at mossman hospital while on holidays. All I can say is wow! Absolutely outstanding! The young man at the entrance was so kind and caring. Within 20 minutes of being there I'd seen the doctor and had been medicated. The doctor on wad Ally and she was kind, caring and empathetic. I had nurses Carolyn, Courtney and Jess and they were absolutely beautiful. Also Jimmy the radiologist was awesome too.My stay there was comfortable and my pain was well managed. I'm so grateful 🙏

Hospitals are the last place you want to be but if your ill and in need there is no better hospital. Great support staff, nurses, and doctors. You'll be well taken care of. The foods not bad either.
