Dr Suri is my doctor and he is a very efficient and helpful doctor. I have been with
him for several years now and have no complaints at all about his service. As it is a bulk billing service the doctors are under pressure as there is high demand for appointments so there may be a queue in the waiting room.

I booked a standard consultation, but Dr. Tee spent half the session talking about how much cheaper electronics are back in Malaysia and how he bought them for his wife and three of his kids. He also took an excessive amount of time printing a single document while caught up in his storytelling. Although the session lasted only 12 minutes—from 9:30 to 9:42—he claimed it was a 25-minute consultation and charged me for a long consultation fee. I paid $125 out of pocket, with no Medicare or insurance coverage, for time wasted on unrelated, irrelevant, and unprofessional information. Not to mention, the young receptionist was unkind, and had a very nasty attitude.

They bulk bill paliperidone injections for health care card holders. They charge $200 though for a mental health care plan (you get a Medicare discount). I would always ask for bulk billing if you are in financial distress. They are very compassionate.

Absolute horrible doctors.

My partner struggles with extreme panic attacks and derealisation issues. All she needed was a quick referral for further help.

The doctor laughed at her and said, “how do I know you have anxiety, everything is a dream anyway.”

I’m not sure that’s the correct thing to say to someone in a sensitive position.

Total waste of time visiting this clinic. I called ahead, explained I needed vaccines for overseas travel, and they still booked me in. After waiting ages to see a doctor, he tells me he can't help and refuses to prescribe anything. I wasn’t asking for anything special—just basic meds for altitude sickness and malaria—and they couldn’t even manage that. The doctor seemed clueless and completely wasted my time. If I’d known, I would’ve gone elsewhere. The clinic itself is rundown and feels stuck in the last century.
Go here if you enjoy wasting time and getting nothing done.

Dr Tee insisted that I only tell him 1 issue with my body and anything related, he won't hear further as I need to make another appointment for another issue, even though the two issues I have could be related.
Apparently, it's free (bulk billed) for 10 minutes and any longer charges will apply. My consult was less than 5 minutes and he won't hear another issue that even might be related to the first.

Dr. Nemetallah is an excellent doctor who listens well and is very highly regarded. His knowledge and experience is second to none. Always helpful.

One of the worst service around the area. Super unprofessional staff with repeated message if doctor is late. No empathy towards patient. On weekend it’s empty and still they don’t have time to update client that doctor is running 20 mins late. I had to wait for almost 30 mins for my appointment.
