First time mum here and going through ATSICHS at Morayfield has to be the best thing I have done for myself and my family. Dr. Richard is absolutely fantastic with me and my son since birth. All the employees here are so lovely and always happy to help out. I highly reccomend.

I was notified of a call from the Morayfield Atsichs of which I contacted reception to find out what the issue was of the phone call as I didn't have an appointment until the 8th of next month. I was notified that I had been contacted by one of the resident doctors by reception at which point I asked her to put my call through to the Doc. in order to find out what the call was made to me for. I was notified that she was going to put my call through to the nurse to discuss and get my call put through to the doc. At which point I was TOLD that because I had missed the "phone call" that I head unable to talk to the doc because I had missed"the telephone call/appointment?" Of which I explained that in no way had I missed an appointment seeing as I didn't have one ! Explaining how obviously the doctor was wanting to contact me for some reason, and asking if I could be put through to Him. At which time it was reiterated that I couldn't be put through because I had missed the phone call app. Of which I had to suffer the same explanation of phallicy another three times. Claiming that I had missed the phone call appointment which I didn't have.. as the reason for not being made aware to the doctor that I indeed had rang back to discuss my private health business with him.. unnescessary unhelpful and inconsiderate to the fact that I am an unhealthy DSP recipient who has many situations affecting my health atmo and mwhich may if left unchecked may speed up my demise. Thanks heaps guys great way to treat your patients!
