I’ve just had my second visit with Doctor Sally Johnson and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. It’s hard enough to prepare for an appointment that is painful however Dr Sally, through a caring and supportive atmosphere, takes away all your concerns. Her bedside manner is second to none (I have had much experience with doctors and health professionals) and for this reason I would recommend her most highly. Dr Sally is a beautiful person!

Edit: I tried booking over the phone to avoid giving HealthHub my credit card number and paying a surcharge explaining to the receptionist why I was unable to book online. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that it had been automatically cancelled because I didn't give Health Hub my credit card. It seems there's no way to use this practice if you don't agree. At this stage it's just icing on the cake. I get it though, if somebody offered me a couple bucks for every appointment and doing no work for it I would take it... Doesn't mean I think people should give it to me though.

The only good thing is that they may have more availability, presumably because they are less desirable. The doctors charge high rates for some of the worst care I've experienced. From writing down notes that you never said, inventing symptoms, and concluding a diagnosis without any testing which is later invalidated by finally performing some basic tests (after hundreds of dollars in wasted appointment). If you don't know what you want ahead of the appointment, then don't trust them to give you proper advice or advise you of all your options. Booking online is just getting worse with added mandatory surcharges just for the pleasure of making a booking. If they weren't over priced before then adding these absurd surcharge should take care of that. When your appointment inevitably goes overtime as it can take a lot of time to constantly correct invalid assumptions or poor note taking, they will charge extra for your time. I can't recommend an alternative in the local area that has higher capacity so if you don't mind the cost and have nothing too important then they might be worth a try. They have many doctors working out of this clinic and I obviously can't test them all, so hopefully your experience will be a better one. Just some food for thought, I tend to pick the GP with the earliest availability. Perhaps picking a GP that is booked well into the future could be an indication that they are more desirable and therefor worth the wait?

Made a 2.10pm appt Arrived on time was told bit of a wait 2 before me. So I wait 2 go in fair enough. So I'm next but he calls someone else. It's now 2.55pm I go back to front desk who advise there's 2 in front of me (been there done that) and my appt was 2.30. No it wasn't. Receptionist was full of attitude which I did not appreciate and I was just too sick to deal so I walked out. I ended up in ER by 4pm.

It was an utter waste of time and money and, what is more, to make things worse, the doctor "rani" or more to the point "rain" because all I found in her was a tempest of racism and anti-religious beliefs as if she was some deity the cave people of Cáceres, Spain sacrificed in front of her, because they believed she could heal their illnesses. They were wrong and so was I to think this "rani" was competent and professional enough to be called a doctor. She has a piece of paper but no experience and worst of all she has a sick personality that she most likely inherited from her uni days of arrogance and mistaken believes that one can sit opposite an ill person and be higher than them. She is flawed and so is the practice. Worst doctor ever! Don't waste your precious time on such a pretentious doctor and practice.

Having recently moved here I could not find a Doctor that cared for the patient more than the money.
I have just seen Dr Marsden at this clinic and he is terrific. Thank you to the clinic for having a Doctor that cares. I will be recommending him to everyone. Great Doctor.
