I have been attending this centre for 25 years and love it. The doctors and staff are wonderful. Clare, at the front desk is amazing. She has always been friendly, professionally and caring. She is wonderful with making you feel at ease and important. The 7 day medical centre has a wonderful, experienced, professional, friendly and caring team. I highly recommend this centre.

Been going for years!

Doctors are good and listen, nurses are friendly and gentle with needles (big fear). Bloods are quick and easy to get right after doctors appointments. Front desk are polite and quick.

Having been a patient for over 10 years, I booked an appointment online. The appointment was booked a week in advance but when I arrived the receptionist told me the GP couldn’t see me because I was a “new” patient. There had been no attempt to contact me to advise this, and no apology that their booking system allowed me to make the appointment. Apparently you have to be sick on a regular basis to be ‘kept on the books’. Now I have to wait two weeks to see a different GP elsewhere.

I called this clinic out of desperation, as my twin infants had been ill with symptoms that can be especially serious for babies and I was very concerned (and none of our usual places had any available appointments). Unfortunately, I found the receptionist to be nothing but rude. She seemed annoyed at me for even calling in the first place, I was interrupted and met with nothing but attitude and a care factor of zero. I recommend this lady find a career she is passionate about outside healthcare, or at the bare minimum go outside and touch some grass.

Rudest people on reception by far. I’m so glad that my Dad’s doctor is leaving the practice and I never have to go there again. Oh and no help with the fact that I now need to find him a new GP - but still think it’s a blessing I don’t have to return.

I always have a nice experience, the reception staff are lovely and always kind. I’ve been seeing Dr Kenny since I was young. He is an exceptional GP who shows great care and consideration towards his clients. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
