Have been here a few times now, absolutely incredible service from the team here. Dr Nicholas is incredible and I will recommend him to anyone that will listen! Made me feel very heard, safe and in good hands. He is extremely good at his job. He’s not dismissive or in a rush to get you in and out (I don’t feel like just a number) he’s clearly very knowledgeable in his field. If you’re looking for a doctor that’s kind, patient, determined and knows their stuff - he’s the guy !!

Dr Nick was fantastic, had a skin check and general check up/health chat and blood test. Dr Nick was thorough, informative and had a friendly nature. My friend and I both had separate appointments and had the same positive experience. Dr Nick called me within a few days to discuss blood test results and gave helpful and practical advice. I strongly recommend this practice and Dr Nick, if I wasn't just travelling through I would love to have a GP practice like this. Thanks!

Fantastic. Could not recommend this clinic more. Up from Melbourne on holidays and needed stitches out. The nurse and Dr Jo were amazing and so understanding of my nerves.

If you like a comedy of errors, please go ahead and visit. If you are truly sick and need some consistency in patient care, you might consider a different surgery.

Doctor got the first script wrong regarding repeats and quantities (picked up by Pharmacists). The surgery kindly called me to pick up a replacement: I could barely walk, but hobbled there to find the place closed during normal opening hours!!! (no notice on google which I checked before setting out). They unexpectedly close when doctors fail to turn up for work! I tried after the weekend and picked up the replacement script: Pharmacist discovered that this time it was for the wrong medicine. Back to surgery, which had closed unexpectedly in the meantime: again....

Extremely frustrating.

Worst of all: I have run out of critical medication in the middle of my treatment and have to re-start the process at a different clinic tomorrow....

In the last few days a number of us Kiwis here on golf trip have had service from Mooloolaba Surgery
The service has been exceptional
In particular Nida and GP Dr Nick Krasner were great .
Very happy with the service
