Sadly I used to love this practice but often the coverage of practitioners can be unreliable. While the doctors are of quality actually being treated by the same physician can be difficult and often only a handful of doctors ever available, often just 1 on busy mid week days.

Edited: Thank you Montrose for responding. This is really appreciated. The review was created at a point when we had not received the call back yet, and importantly at our most tired and lowest point of illness across multiple people. The triaging could have been slightly more empathetic at a point at which we felt quite helpless, had made 2 visits to the doctor already. Had we been given clarity of the steps that would be taken to attempt to assist so quickly, (not necessarily the outcome) it would have felt a little different at the time. Appreciate everyone is busy and we try to keep ourselves out of the system, as much as possible unless absolutely necessary. The Dr that assisted was excellent, put us at ease immediately and supported thoroughly, which we very much appreciated.

I became a patient 2 years ago, after a work colleague recommended this surgery to me. I've been really happy with all the GPs and personnel I've dealt with throughout the years. Dr. Cooke, Dr. Chan, Dr. Fox, Dr. Hunter... They all have been professional, knowledgeable and super friendly.

Dr. Rebecca Chan sees my little baby. When I have questions, she doesn't beat around the bushes, nor hands me over a bunch of panflets; instead, she listens to our specific needs, and provides clear and actionable advice.

The surgery has adapted really well to the current covid reality. They have hand sanitizer available upon entry and had made it very easy to socially distance once inside. Practitioners started wearing masks also.

Not only can she remedy pain and stress in the body, she has the ability to balance internal weakness in your well being, organs and heart. She is a thoughtful, skilled and understanding practitioner in this clinic , I highly recommend trying her

The doctors I've seen here are knowledgeable, they generally run on time and the waiting rooms are nice.

Unfortunately I don't think it's worth the price. You still feel rushed and the overall service isn't that much better than other nearby GPs.

They also don't bulk bill for babies, so the cost of being a dedicated patient skyrockets if you factor in all the required vaccinations and checkups.

It is great to feel well again. I had a various digestive issues and my QOL was low but thanks to Caroline's accupuncture treatments not only the issues are gone but my overall health has returned. Carline is warm and kind and has a wonderful holistic approach to overall wellbeing.
Caroline's accupuncture treatments do not give you pain but gives you painfree body.

My left heel, due to an Accident, was hurting so much, that I couldn’t put my feet flat on the floor in the morning.After a couple of acupuncture sessions the pain was gone and never came back! After living in Sydney for 10+ years, I’m confident to say that Montrose is the best clinic I’ve been to! My only go-to clinic since last year. It’s a very peaceful place. Very professional, organised, and appointment process is convenient.

But most importantly, the care that I’ve received here is top-notch. Dr Hunter is very kind, genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I trust his medical advices as it has been very helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s also a bonus that the clinic has a very beautiful garden at the front - such a calming place to chill before your appointment!

Dr Catherine is a gem. Best GP I’ve had, super knowledgeable, caring and all round lovely person. I live nowhere close to the practise but have no issues travelling to see her. Not a bulk billing practise but happy to pay because service and professionalism is like no other
