Great medical facility. While visiting my in-laws from the States, the tough seating in the C-17 pinched a nerve in my back. The Aussie physician got me back on the right track.

One of few practices that had last minute Saturday appointments. Nice clean clinic and comfortable waiting room chairs. Friendly doctor and quick and easy appointment to get care for my strep throat. A bit of wait but that’s pretty standard for most clinics I’ve been to.

Was really lovely for the appointment to be bulk billed.

The Practice is clean and easy to access, and they have a friendly receptionist. Dr. Charti is an amazing GP, friendly and very easy to talk to and is helpful with your issues/health concerns. I've been seen by the other GP's there also, all have been good interactions, have offered great services and efficiently addressed your needs equally. They offer mixed billing but accepts bulk billing to eligible participants

Second time this has happened to me here. Went in this morning before work, got there before my appointment and waited 25 minutes before asking the receptionist if I was next up to see the Dr. she assured me I was next and the wait wouldn’t be much longer. The Dr came out and called for another patient. I asked the receptionist why I wasn’t called in when she said I was in next and her response was “the other patient was in 9 minutes before me” however, that patient arrived after me. I queried them on it and she just said “Drs do it differently, I’m not sure.” Had to leave as I needed to get to work. Last time I waited over an hour. Terrible practice, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The receptionist is extremely rude and has no courtesy on how to talk to patients. She is always continuously threatening that 40$ fee will be charged. I have attended multiple appointments in the same clinic and had waiting periods of 40 min - 1hr in between my working hours. And even on 2 occasions due to bus delays I had walked into the clinic 10-15 min late for the appointment requesting to see the GP. But was treated rudely and turned away. It was quite upsetting for a person who is unwell at that moment has to face. I’ll never attend this practice in future with the extremely rude behavior I experienced.

Doctor Sandy is one of the best doctors and she really looks after you. The only issue with the practice would be that they are always running late and it would be very nice and polite of them if they could inform the patients that they would have significant wait times so that patients can come in late and not wait for an hour.

The practice is very clean and there is a blood collection sample in the premises which is handy.

Quick and professional service from Dr. Asanka. I was able to get my blood test done immediately after the consultation - no waiting time, and everything was bulk billed. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Dr Farheen Tarunnum has got to be the worst doctor I have ever been too. Visiting this doctors office was truly an awful experience for me. If I could put 0 stars I would.

After my appointment got cancelled twice and rescheduled I was told 1:40pm was the earliest she could see me. Take note when I booked through the website I booked a long consultation. I get there and someone is let in before me when I was meant to have the first available appointment! I sat down and she seemed very pleasant I told her I had lots of things to discuss with her. She gave me 2 referrals! Everything was going great! She then proceeded to say goodbye to me after 5-10 minutes of being in the room. I said I had more to talk about and she said they only do one thing per appointment and she was “very generous” I was totally shocked and confused as I booked a long consultation. Being a doctor they’re there to help people!?! I don’t think she was generous at all! I left, getting home quite disappointed with how little she seemed to care or help. I called to ask why it was only 10 minutes and found of that when the receptionist rebooked my appointment after cancelling she booked a short consultation. So annoying. I then go to read my referrals. SHE PUT WRONG INFORMATION ON BOTH FORMS. I call back telling the receptionist she said she would inform the dr. I hear absolutely nothing until I call again a week later. No one informed me what she had said but because she thought what she was writing was correct I would have to book another appointment! I am young and this is my first time dealing with the medical system by myself and has honestly just been such a screw around and the cause of a lot of stress. I’m just going to start over with hopefully a doctor that will listen to me. If you want quality care don’t go here and don’t see this Doctor Farheen.
