I had such a positive experience at the Mulgrave clinic. I suffer from endometriosis and came to get an ultrasound. I booked my appointment with Shany and she was absolutely lovely on the phone. When I turned up to my appointment, there was a lovely lady who checked me in (Leanne?). Jo performed my ultrasound. She was absolutely lovely as well and made me feel comfortable for such an invasive scan. After the ultrasound, another doctor came in to discuss the results with me. Dr. Jayshree and Jo were incredibly professional, and really knew what they were talking about. This put my mind at ease because a lot of people don't know much about endometriosis. They explained everything in terms that I understood. Unfortunately the scans are costly, but this doesn't take away from the service level I received.

So far, I have had a great experience with Monash Ultrasound Mulgrave. The receptionist (Leslie) is lovely and all the staff (sonographer, doctors and nurses) are absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely recommend them 🙂

Had an amazing experience today at Monash Ultrasound Mulgrave. Unfortunately I had to attend Monash Ultrasound for Women - Clayton yesterday for the NIPT and had a terrible experience. I would recommend all expecting mothers to attend the Mulgrave clinic instead!!
The receptionist was lovely and acknowledged us multiple times while busy assisting with the clients before us.
Sonographer was knowledgeable and friendly - explained everything she could see and was reassuring!
The staff member taking my blood pressure was also lovely. Everyone we encountered was warm and friendly. Also received photos and videos of the Bub to my phone instantly. Very happy!

I was nervous after reading the reviews but I had a fantastic experience here. Unfortunately I had been sick en route to our scan due to morning sickness. The receptionist was empathetic and kind, and gave me some sick bags to keep in my handbag, car etc. I was seen straight away. The sonographer was very passionate and did a wonderful job reassuring us and getting some great images.

The sonographer at the Mulgrave clinic was absolutely wonderful. Everything else was very disappointing. I had to call 3 times over three weeks to get my digital photos, once received via SMS they were so blurry I couldn’t even see the text on the photos. I only got one good quality 2D photo and the rest were blurry 4D photos. I was told that I would get a video of my Bub, which was captured by the sonographer but never received by me and clinic says they don’t have it. Considering I paid $400 and the only reason I went with this clinic was to have digital photos/videos, I’d rather go to the hospital as the Monash ultrasound clinic didn’t provide the service stated. I also lodged a complaint and they never contacted me. And confirming with the other reviewers reception / admin are not very kind and will abruptly hang up on you. Unfortunately I’ve provided many opportunities for feedback at the clinic and they don’t seem to take any action other than acknowledgment.

I had such an amazing experience at this clinic today!!!!
I came in by myself for my NIPT and scan. I was feeling extremely anxious about whether I’d receive good or bad news.
The sonographer I had made me feel so comfortable. She happily answered my questions, laughed with me and took the time to let me really look at the baby from all the best angles. It was such a special/emotional experience.
I next went in for my blood test with a woman who I could only describe as the sweetest person. She made me feel like she really cared and that’s something I really needed. Even the receptionist was a lovely lady. I couldn’t stop gushing to friends and family about how fantastic my experience was today!
100% would recommend!!!

I came for an ultrasound to get a cyst checked out. The staff were really lovely. I was given information about the cost when booking the appointment. The technician answered my questions and even got advice from the doctor when I asked something she wasn't sure of. She was very gentle.

Plus there aren't pictures of pregnant women and babies all over the walls. Just tasteful decor. Not everyone attending will be there for happy baby reasons, so I appreciated that.
