I saw Kee Ong at the Gold Coast. He and the nurse assigned to me were amazing. I had scares during the 2 weeks post transfer and they let me come in on the spot to have things checked multiple times. They rang or replied to emails within a few hours. When I got my positive, the nurse cried on the phone to me because of how shocked I was. I now have an amazing 7month old little bub! Had the best experience (as best as it can be) and felt 100% supported throughout.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with Monash. I have been with them since 2019. There have been so many errors, that I seriously could write a book. I would never ever recommend Monash for the lack of professionalism, care or organisation. They are sloppy, miss very important tests that should of been performed before staring cycle. The only good thing about Monash was the nurse Ash. But when she is not there what a mess!!!! I’m so sad that I have wasted 3 years of my pre aging time with Monash.

Travelled interstate to see Dr Ong through Monash IVF. Experience from start to finish was positive, felt comfortable with knowledge from nurses and doctors, and felt like our questions were never a bother for them. Felt valued and heard, and not just a number like at previous clinic.

Highly recommend Dr Widmer at Monash, she is one of the most kind & caring Doctors you will ever meet. She also does everything with you along the way, I’ve used another IVF clinic in the past and I was hand balled from Doctor to Doctor depending on who was on at the time and it was very unorganised, where as she performs everything herself. I’ve had a very positive experience with Monash using her.

From day one of our year long journey BOTH Brisbane and Gold Coast Monash has been bungled. From Calls or none there of..to paperwork bungles to losing out on donors the list goes on. It's taken almost a year to get through to the point of treatment and guess what... they've bungled this for us too. I knew that IVF would be difficult but I never expected to be on a journey with people who could be so bad at taking care of us. Pushing for correct information and at time any information at all. We were meant today to start our med and cycle but they failed to tell us that the clinic will be closed today from 12 even when we asked yesday if we should book in a time. The clear line is that I don't not trust Monash with my body because they can't even do bare basics. Expect this and more with a premium price tag.
