I called last week and asked about being seen sometime in the near future, I wasn't in a heap of pain so I didn't mind if I had to wait a bit. I was told to come in at 8:15 this morning, from the moment I arrived I was greeted with kindness. Dr Alex & his dental assistant were amazing. Fixed my slightly complex problem in just over an hour & I was on my way. Very thankful for great service. Thanks to all involved.

Our recent visit to the dentist at the Monash dental clinics Springvale.
Today, both my husband and I visited the dentist. After my husband's appointment concluded, he mentioned that he needed to reschedule his next visit. When we approached the helpful receptionists to confirm the appointment details, I noticed that my husband seemed off.
Upon further inquiry, he expressed his discomfort with the dentist, Kim. He felt that Kim's approach was unprofessional, and he found her treatment to be rough. Additionally, he mentioned that Cathy, who may have been a dental nurse, also handled things in a rough manner, especially when providing and taking back the necessary glasses.
As a result of this negative experience, he has decided not to return to this clinic. It's important to note that just because it's a community dental clinic, it doesn't justify such treatment towards patients. He believes he deserves respect as a patient and intends to seek dental care elsewhere where he feels valued.
Despite this unfortunate experience, I would like to express my gratitude towards the receptionists who assisted us with booking. They were incredibly helpful, nice, and respectful. They exemplified the level of professionalism and care that all patients deserve.
I sincerely hope that future patients do not have to undergo a similar experience. It is my wish that Kim and Cathy, along with the clinic staff, improve their approach and treat all patients with the dignity and respect they deserve. 🦷🌟

Today I had an appointment for both of my children. One appointment was for 3.30pm and the other was booked at 4pm.
I couldn't find parking in the area( no info prior to the appointment that there is no parking..) and got there 7 minutes late for my appointment. The waiting room was empty no other people..The lady at the reception told me that one of my children will not be checked today because we were late for more than 5'. They called us in and we finished at 3.50 for the first child.

I asked if they can check my daughter but they still refused. The dentist said to me that they can do a short check up, then the lady at the desk kept refusing and saying that the dentist maybe felt that I pressured her....They were so unprofessional.... either you accept or not. You don't say to the customer/patient we will see you and then you say no...No one was there, the waiting room was empty!!!!
So I left with one child not to be checked at 3.55pm
This is ridiculous ...Its public but I am sure that they get paid for their service....

I rang up monash health before Xmas as I had a painfully tooth that needed to be extracted,I got appointment for the following week few days before Xmas and went to springvale.they were very nice people,from the receptionist lady to the young indian dentist who extracted my tooth.the Asian dental nurse was nice.i found everybody professional and respectful .I'm on a list to get my teeth fixed.im so appreciative for that..great service and people for sure..thank you

My wife attended this pathology for a routine pregnancy blood test on Wednesday afternoon the 20th of October. As you can see from the picture below the pathologist on duty seems to be inexperienced to cause such grevious damage.
I contacted the pathology clinic on two occasions over two consecutive business days and they have failed to return my phone call and acknowledge the damage that has been done.I will not recommend this clinc to anyone in the area.

Being a health clinic this place is appallingly unhygienic.
We went to use the Mother’s room only to find wheelie rubbish bins being fully stored inside the room.
We tried to raise the concerns with the staff from the opposite office ( they can clearly see the Mother’s room) but they’d just ignore us and told us to report it at the front desk.
Furthermore when l was recording the room, staff walked by looked at the room and yet again no one seems to care about this.
I’ve reported this to the front desk and all l got was a “ok, whatever”. They didn’t make a report of my complaint.

I went here for a clean-up and the brown lady who was cleaning my teeth shaved off something she shouldn’t of have, now I have a dead tooth due to that one dentist, I felt a stinging sharp pain on the day and I knew something wasn’t right, but the dentist said it’s okay. Turns out I now need a root canal which I still haven’t got because I don’t know where to go.

Very rude staff specially the ones at reception (indian lady) has bad attitude when talking to us, she thinks she owns the whole hospital.
It seems to me that none of them (staff members) wants to be there but they feel they have to be there which is causing this type of attitude. I wish management/HR would bother to find the main cause of their stress as it's unhealthy for them.
