I had the best experience ever! Went in with gastro and felt absolutely rubbish and was treated very promptly and with so much professionalism and care! Special mention to Di my wonderful nurse she was just fantastic. She was so kind and compassionate as well as being incredibly professional and knowledgeable. As well as Dr Larry and the clerical staff who I didn’t catch the name of who were extremely prompt with getting my info so I could sit back down as I wasn’t feeling too crash hot. Fantastic place to visit even if I was feeling poorly

Cannot fault urgent care and the staff. Unfortunately have had to visit twice in the last few weeks. First son was triaged and seen to straight away for a concussion and second son treated for asthma today. Staff were caring and efficient despite a busy clinic. They showed all due care and were thorough.

New Years Day - Took my elderly family friend for review as she was experiencing some concerning health issues that were increasing. Found to have experienced a heart issue which she had not felt at the time. This was quickly identified and carefully and very professionally managed by a wonderful team with dignity and care. Transported by ambulance to hospital and is continuing to be well managed. The team were wonderful very caring very thorough and very efficient. Most were wearing vibrant patterned scrubs which helped to lighten the mood and brighten the day. Surprised to hear they are not an everyday thing. They really are a plus. Thank you to everyone from registration to the ambulance paramedics who transported and monitored my friend.

I went here after not being able to see a private GP when experiencing serious pain, swelling and numbness in abdomen and gluten area. The Dr told me I was not swollen, did not have numbness, diagnosed me with gas!! I left very distressed at the implication of hypochondria and dismissal of my symptoms. I then finally found a Dr to see me and I have been diagnosed with an abdominal muscle tear!!! I am so upset at how I was treated and made to feel stupid. Meanwhile, I kept going thinking there's nothing wrong which the Dr now has told me has caused further damage and will prolong my healing. Disgusting!!! Do not go here if you need help especially if you're hoping for empathy! Dr Larry has zero clue!!!
