Poor customer attention: I informed the receptionist at 8:40 that my next bus was at 9:40 and would appreciate if I could have my covid has before the bus arrived. The doctor saw me for 1 (One) minute at 9:56!!!
Another doctor walked in and disturbed the nurse because he didn't know how a small plastic equipment. The nurse took 5 second to inject the covid jab. (5 five seconds!!!).
I had to wait another hour for the next bus.

I had a young lady from a remote cattle station come to stay with me for urgent medical treatment. A wonderful Dr here, ordered tests and gave sound advise and a forward plan. We saw a different Dr to get the results and further referral, who was also pleasent.
Our exp with this clinic and both Drs, was very positive.

Very caring doctors and are good listeners. Have had to have follow ups to get on top of the condition and they new the next steps to be followed, they made the consultation process so easy and with the scripts sent to your phone made life so much easier.

They help DVA Vets and family’s.
All the doctors have different culture’s, there Australian, Muslim, Greek, Asian for the people help and care.
Lots of free parking at the park walk straight across the road.

My family has been coming to MMC for years and we're more than happy with the results. I have been able to get appointments quickly, the service is friendly, accurate and professional and my children are happy to come every time. They bulk bill, so I haven't had to pay for any appointments so far. Referrals to specialists has been a breeze, and the staff have responded quickly when we needed another copy sent quickly. Highly recommended.

They don't bulk bill any more.

Nice people. They usually are available to see patients within a day or two. Unfortunately though, I got a wrong diagnosis (conjuntivitis) from here that it was corrected at Arafura Medical (pterygium). I went with both diagnosis to the ophthalmologist and it was not conjunctivitis.

The second time I visited the clinic, the doctor did not seem to have done a thorough check and since I had explained that I was experiencing sharp pains in my ear cannal /Eustachian tunes, I had to request for my ears to be looked. Seemed like quite a perfunctory examination.

Poor attention. No point to book an appointment. Never have doctors available. Whats the point for having this clinic in darwin. Hire more doctors or close this clinic please. Receptionist girls talking for bbq , sitting there , doing nothing. They don't even enquire from doctor how long they take time. What the heck is going on. Really disappointed.

Worst Clinic ever, the staff are extremely Rud. the current reception staff is highly unprofessional, on top of that the wait time to see a doctor is over an hour. The reaction staff try to charge me $100 for visiting even I have a medicare card because it is a public holiday,
