Absolutely terrible experience. First of all, the receptionist was polite and helpful, which was nice. We arrived on time but had to wait for 20 minutes. We didn’t mind that because we understand that doctors are often overwhelmed and delays can happen.

However, when we were finally greeted by the doctor, things went downhill fast. He was completely unprofessional, and there was an immediate shift in the atmosphere.

Instead of asking about my illness, he started talking about my name and its meaning in his culture. When I explained how I prefer to be addressed, he ignored me and brushed it off.

For the diagnosis, he simply told me I had a skin lesion and showed me pictures from Google—seriously? He gave no explanation of what it was, what caused it, or what I should do. Everything felt rushed, like he couldn’t wait to push us out the door. To top it off, he told me to book another appointment if I wanted cryo treatment for it.

He also mentioned that I could get more of these lesions on my face, which absolutely terrified me. Like, why tell me that without offering any advice on how to prevent it? Google was actually more helpful than the doctor in this situation.

Before I left, I asked if he could write down the diagnosis, but he said it was just his “assumption” and handed me the pen to write it myself. Excuse me? How can you recommend treatment for something when you don’t even know for sure what it is?

The doctor’s attitude from the beginning was casual and dismissive, with zero empathy or respect. I’m highly disappointed. I’d strongly recommend people consider other clinics. This place has high Google reviews, but I have no idea why—we were treated terribly.

Absolutely terrible bedside manner! I've been to this clinic three times now & every single visit has been less than average. No empathy for their patients whatsoever & the doctors only care about getting you in & out in a hurry. We deserve better than this in our community - no one should tolerate arrogant behaviour from anyone, nevermind a doctor who is supposed to be someone you trust! Pathetic is an understatement! Please think twice before booking an appointment at this place.

The staff here are incredible. Dr Kazal and Dr Hasina Dewan are always very helpful and personable. They help me to look at my symptoms and find answers, not just solutions. They offer choice and respect my wishes, while also advising me very carefully and with the utmost attention in the treatment of my illnesses and injuries. I can often get in here at short notice, despite it being a popular Bulk Billing practice. I will always be thankful for their professionalism and help with supporting my health needs.

I've been going to Moggill Medical Centre for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Dr Hasina has been a fantastic doctor for me, we especially turned to her during my first pregnancy and now my son goes to her too. She's very friendly, comfortable and gives an accurate diagnosis. We also see her at the Flagstone clinic.

Dr Kazal Dewan is an excellent Doctor. Very thorough, highly recommend. Your receptionist Allison is also amazing. Also the check-in app is great, it shows how many patients before you.
