I have been with Mode Healthcare for a few years now.

They are always very thorough with their questions and listen closely to what I have to say to ensure I am receiving the right medication.

I find dealing with them very streamlined, and they always strive to ensure I have my repeats on time, so I never miss a day - Big shoutout to Dr. Matty for recently fitting me in last minute for a follow-up when I ran out.

Trash! Money, money and more money!
What matters to this company is your money, not your health or well-being!
Extremely expensive consultations compared to other clinics, extremely expensive medical prescription renewal compared to other clinics!
Terrible customer service, doctors are never available to attend patient emergencies if you don't pay for the care! Trash!

I've been with Mode for two years. I first visited there clinic in Dunsborough where I met Dr Matty. I had previously been through another company (Tetra Health) and had an awful experience which ended up costing me more in the long run.
By this point I had very little trust in doctors and really struggled to find somewhere I could go. Thankfully I was travelling through WA when I found Modehealth and Dr Matty.

I was immediately treated with respect, I didnt need to prove anything to them they understood me and what treatment I needed. Since then I have been able to live day to day feeling good, I dont know how my life would look without Dr Matty and Mode, I'm so grateful.

Ive always been able to contact the clinic or Dr Matty via email or phone, they have always been there to help and honestly thats what you need when your daily life is effected. People who care! Thank you Mode Health!

very expensive and disappointing service ...don't remember their patients and charge for new appointments within 3 months for the smallest change of medication . look to online services instead

Mode wouldn't have a practice here if us pioneers hadn't stood up to bureaucracy opinions at great risk a sacrifice to back the Holistic endeavour incurring sufferance rather than to be Financial; obviously another's dream! Us of forbearance whom risked life and limb now ponder the Service spent for Mode employment of the staff off our Gallant Service yet no gain for me the individual in need not making money out of my own Service to Au and United Nations. Shame on ModeHealth to suddenly pick and choose within the democracy and against my Service and health choices. The point of my Service ignored.

It may have only taken me minutes to locate a Pound at half the price but what a slap in the face after Police/Army Service to Australia for a fair Prohibition on Cannabis and personal choice! (With strong substantiation and evidence). Shame! You left the point to line your pockets. SHAMEFUL. May karma remove my hard spent lost Service and send you helter-skelter.

Hands down the best therapeutic medical practice I’ve attended in my existence. Dr Matty Moore is such a caring genuine person and Maddison greeting us with her wonderful hospitality. The office space is awesome, chilled as and comfortable. You’ll be in goods hands.

I started with Dr Matty a few years ago when he was with Dunsborough Medical.

I transferred with him to Mode Healthcare and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Matty has gone above and beyond for me, several times. He’s argued my case to the Health Dpt and TGA more than once. This allowed me to continue with this medicine which has been life changing for me.

Dr Matty guided me through the process and secured for me special authority 3 times. He didn’t have to do that and the words “too hard” weren’t in Dr Matty’s vocabulary.

I was never made to feel like the hassle I undoubtedly was and the whole team treated me with care and concern in every way.

There are cheaper options out there, but from the horror stories I read on reddit, it’s well worth that little bit extra. However, that too, is being worked out and as of Dec 2022, the cost has dropped, significantly.

Even if I still had to pay the top-dollar amount, Dr Matty and the Mode team would be worth it.

Forget about the cheap practitioners who treat you like cattle. Go for the best care available and that’s Dr Matty and the crew at Mode Healthcare.

There’s good reason that they have nothing but 5 star reviews.
