Went here recently to visit my friend in palliative care. I was really upset but the volunteers were lovely and escorted me to the right unit. And the staff in the unit were amazing too, very kind and gentle, especially the receptionist (Linda?) and the other volunteers who were working there. I really appreciated all of their kindness at a very difficult time.

Just had our 8 year old daughter in paediatric unit last night for a bad injury to her knee. I'd love to give 10 out of 5 stars.
The male nurse with tattoos all over his arms in paediatrics was amazing and compassionate!
The Irish female doctor was amazing and beyond understanding of making her feel safe!!
The front desk nurses were amazing and so fast to act!!!
Everything about the service provided here was amazing. Thank you to every one of the staff in this hospital.
Thank you thank you thank you.

Had day surgery here on 29 May. From admission to care afterwards, the staff were very efficient and friendly. I was well looked after, procedure was explained extensively, and I have nothing but praise for this unit. Special thanks to Cerine for her care. All the nursing staff were fantastic. Nothing to criticise here.πŸ˜πŸ€—

My daughter was seen on Friday 7th due to a dog attack on her bottom lip. We arrived at Emergency, and triaged very quickly, the nurses were very calm and reassuring. Everyone was amazing, we were seen very quickly. They were fantastic with my 9yrs ASD/Anxiety driven daughter. Jess was our nurse who was so good with us, and then Dr Jo was so kind. My daughter had to have an iv catheter placed and "knocked" out to get some stitches.....thank you to everyone involved.....you were all brilliant πŸ₯°

Upgraded, clean. Staff are nice helpful at most times. Volunteers are always so nice and helpful with directions. Cafe on ground floor near main entrance stocks the essential gifts for last minute presents while visiting stay in patients.
Patient Drop off zone at front of hospital for convenience. Several Disability Car park spots available within ticket parking facilities. Free for the first 2 hours is great, pay at auto station before exiting.

Emergency staff were fantastic. Very helpful, explained everything. Continually monitored me and asked how I was doing. Warm blanket, lunch. All kind and engaging. Special thanks to Dr Alaa and Nurse Anamtek (?). Thank you Christine.

a literal hell-hole that needs to be demolished. Half the tickets from entry gate don't work, forcing you to wait for help. Since the ticket machine is from the 90's, you also need to pay at the booth (in which there is only one). Not only that you will be lucky to get a park at the best of times! Staff are rude, they have zero idea what time patients are in theatre or not and they may even lose the patient details! misdiagnoses galore too! You are better of driving yourself to any other hospital in the state than going here. Where is the upgrade? Spend some money upgrading our hospitals and stop paying 20 "roadworkers" to stand around fixing roads that are perfectly fine.

a few years ago my dad and i were transported to the ER via ambulance due to him experiencing heart attack symptoms. we arrived at 11pm, he was placed in a bed around 20 minutes later. no complaints about that. what i am still confused about to this day is the fact that he had to wait until 7am the next day to see a doctor to be told that he simply experienced a panic attack. why could this have not been mentioned 7 hours earlier? my dad also presented to the ER last year with painful kidney stones at around midnight, and was only given a bed at 8am the next day. i understand there are people with high priority who need to be treated, but the wait times here are insane.
