I had chronic pain in my neck/ arm, and pins and needles in my right hand due to cycling 360km over 3 days with bad technique (all on top of years of poor posture). Over the course of 4 months, the pins and needles have almost completely disappeared, the pain in my neck has become significantly better and more localised, and I have started to increase the intensity of my exercise. Kath explained to me what had happened, gave me rehab exercises, and taught me methods of how to understand my body and most importantly, listen to my body when it was hurting. The massage sessions with Kath were brilliant and I am honestly so thankful for her work. Would 100% recommend to family and friends - Thanks Kath, for everything!

I have had shoulder issues for the past 3 years including a surgery. Going between different massage places and a not very attentive physio i visited mobilise 18months ago. After the massage for the first time in a long time i had a pain free sleep and Kath has been helping me along the way to the road to recovery, including stretchs and strengthening work. Needless to say i haven't been anywhere else. If you want a friendly and prompt service by a therapist who knows their stuff then Mobilise is the place to go. Thanks guys!

BEST RESULTS EVER!!
It's incredible how much knowledge and experience Kath and the team bring to the massage table! Having Fibromyalgia for the last 15 years and trying all sorts of treatments and therapies to little avail, it's a miracle of the universe that I've found the Mobilise guys and am finally feeling better! I've never felt so relieved from pain and frustration in my life and I couldn't be more grateful. These guys are the best and I can guarantee that you'll feel the same when you check them out too!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mobilise! I have been going there regularly for well over 10 years and this practice is by far the best in Brisbane! Their knowledge, skill sets, professionalism, attention to detail, personalized attention, attitude and pure passion and dedication to what they do and love to do is a true testimate to the practice and particularly the owners! I recommend Mobilise to anyone and everyone I know and will be going there for many many, many years to come!

Kath is amazing! Not only does she relieve my pain, she has given tools and instructions how to do that myself at home. I think that’s very valuable and it’s different from a lot of other services I received who just/tend to want me to keep coming back without addressing the underlying issue.

I have seen many massage therapists, both MST and remedial over the years but Kath is by far the best. Her interest and knowledge about my condition, proposed management plan (she emailed me exercises after the consultation!!) and the actual massage are beyond excellent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

These guys are great. I could barely walk or move - one appointment with them and I literally felt so much better! I could walk! I could move! . Amazing and friendly team, incredible treatments, perfect and neat workplace, and great prices. Karen has had Myotherapy with Leslie and Allan has had remedial massage with Zac and would highly recommend both.
