Can't get an appointment unless you are new to the area which I am. To do that though I have to go in and fill in a form and then get a health summary from my old gp in Melbourne. I haven't been to a doctor in 4 years and don't have a regular gp so can't get in. It's shockingly bad service.

Took my child here (who has been before) as there was no appointments available at his regular GP. The doctor asked me if this practice was our regular and I said no. Then the Dr said "I will see him today, but don't come back here ever again and see your regular gp" I explained him that is difficult when there are no appointments available and my son needs to see a doctor. He said "he has patients waiting weeks for appointments"
And then when he was finished he said again "go to your regular GP, don't come back here again"

These statements made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I felt like I did something wrong. My child is sick and he needed to see a doctor. As instructed I won't be back.

My experiences at the moama health clinic have always been postive. Dr Mena Attalh has always provided me with excellent care and so has the nurses, pathology and the reception staff. I highly recommend the moama health clinic for always being polite, friendly, professional and caring towards me whenever I go for an appointment.

I moved to Moama 18 months ago. When I got here I needed to find a good doctor.
I saw Dr Mena and I have been seeing him ever since. He provides me with all my health care in a caring and understanding way. I could not be more satisfied. If for whatever reason I can’t see him personally the are other doctors at this clinic that are also great.

Disgraceful behaviour from receptionist. Unnecessary rudeness to a patient with PTSD, patient was spoken to in a condescending manner in front of a full waiting room. Phone apology should have been made when they were informed that they had induced an anxiety attack. Patient dignity & privacy was compromised.

Fantastic clinic - Doctors were amazing in helping with my little boy who became very unwell while on holiday... I wish my doctors back home we’re as kind and professional as you all... The nurses on the front desk were also so lovely and went above and beyond for us... Thank you so much!
