This practice is usually pretty good but the experience I had the other day has absolutely turned me off. My partner saw Dr Kamil yesterday in the morning as she had severely injured her ankle a week ago and she has a fear of hospitals so we decided to go here first as her regular GP is away. We were chastised for not going to the hospital and told she must wear a moonboot and got an x-ray and ultrasound. The afternoon we received the imaging with NO report or follow up and then had to ring several times the following day to receive any answers. She finally rang back and said that she doesn't think it's anything and that some ibuprofen and Panadol and ice will solve it. When we asked what to do if it got any worse she didn't provide an answer. My partner is still in extreme pain and is wearing a moonboot and using a wheelchair. This whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Would rate ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT SEE DR. KAUR. Have been to this clinic on 3 separate occasions for 3 separate things trying to get to the bottom off various ailments. Dr Kaur is useless. Does not ask any questions. Is not thorough AT ALL. Brushed me off. Such "doctors" should have their license revoked if they are not going to do the things doctors are meant to do. Absolutely terrible.

It was my first time booking an appointment and all the staff I interacted with were welcoming. I had to wait approx. 40 minutes for my booked appointment however I was informed prior to arriving and at reception that there will be a delay which I appreciate. Dr Kamil was very thorough and one of the few doctors who took the time to ask questions and was very warm. Thank you 🙂

Reception and nursing staff lovely and helpful. Save your time, energy and money and see any other doctor at this practice BUT AVOID Dr Win at all times he is not interested, unhelpful and just generally not a good gp. Its disgusting to say I will refer you to this specialist as they dont have many patients. When you are dealing with someones child respect and understanding are a necessity.

After 20 years attending this practice I have left. Dr Chen was extremely unprofessional on two occasions and acted with no integrity in relation to a workplace injury. Admin staff were also extremely rude. Very sad experience after being a loyal client for 20 years. Would not recommend this practice at all now.

Always great GP, I had an emergency with my young daughter that the reception staff made us comfortable and was able to see us to one of the doctors straight away. All staff were kind caring and efficient.

Quite bad experience on multiple visits until we decided to switch to another place. It was unfortunate that we didn't get good doctors there. One new young doctor kept ordering multiple blood tests for my wife's wrist pain (from carrying our newborn). Didn't hear anything back about the result on any of the tests. Not to be too blunt but seems like he seemed confused and inexperience during the visits.

Another doctor seemed uninterested in our son on multiple visits and we found it quite unprofessional (or even rude) to question us why we wanted to get flu shots (isn't that obvious?). Last straw was that she decided to charge us (2 different charges for me and my wife) for Flu shots prescriptions after told us that the flu shots were available at the clinic but later found that they were expired. It was definitely not about money as we could claim back the full amount but even their front desk agreed that this wasn't right.

I am sure that there are great doctors there but definitely not the ones we met. Decided to move so another place nearby and it was definitely the best decision.

Our whole family has been going here for a few years now. The medical care and attention is 2nd to none. The reception staff are welcoming, the doctors knowledgeable and caring, as are the nursing staff. We have seen the nurse for numerous different things over the years and always absolutely fantastic. Would 100% recommend making them your regular GP too. Very Covid safe too which you would expect but they really are very contentious. Thumbs up and full star.
