Angelina the intake nurse and Janet Renfrow NP who examined my child were both kind, friendly, and thorough during our visit. Janet established a good rapport with my child which made the visit stress-free, even when she had to collect a throat swab twice. Angelina was aware of a discount that reduced our out-of-pocket costs significantly, for which I am grateful. I made the appointment for early in the morning, and I made it the day before our visit.

After having gone first to piedmont urgent care and receiving awful medical advice, I was still really sick and needed to see another doctor. I went to the minute clinic and Nurse Janet was amazing. She listened to everything I said and provided such a caring service. She actually made me feel listened to.

The manager at the pharmacy Tijuana Tillard has a very unprofessional attitude. Walked from behind the drop-off center to grab and pay for her snacks that took about 3 minutes came back then proceeded to tell me " if I came from the minute clinic they haven't checked the voice-mail it'll be about an hour before they do" never received a txt message anout pick up prescription. So I came back today and was told it was on hold . I feel that Ms tillard purposely did so maybe bc they were busy ... I never even received a "hey how are you" .

Ms. Candice was very speedy professional and caring . We need more staff like her at this location

I had a good experience at the CVS Minit Clinic on N. Decatur Rd. Easy to book online apt. Did not wait very long for apt. Everything was very well explained to me during visit.

BEWARE: GO ELSEWHERE Horrible Experience At This Location. The short Caucasian NP working here is not knowledgeable, friendly, or kind to customers. It's almost as if she doesn't want to be a the job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPEND YOUR MONEY 1 MINUTE AWAY AT PIEDMONT URGENT CARE

this is literally my favorite minuteclinic to go to!! i bypass many cvs stores, but this one is always my go to. The staff is so friendly and it's also clean and fast service.

Understaffed with insane wait times. After not being able to book online, I went into the clinic and waited for over two hours before getting a text that my turn was 30 minutes away. But when I returned to the front it said the clinic was closed for lunch for another 38 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes only for the nurse practitioner to come out and say I was next in line, but she was going to take a 30 minute break. Overall, after nearly 3 hours of waiting I left without getting any care. This place is garbage.

While the nurse was pleasant enough, I went in early in the day and got right in. I knew exactly what was wrong with me (recurrent) and just needed a prescription. I have Medicare and was told that the visit would cost me nothing except for the prescription. With filling out info, the appointment took less than 10 minutes. One dipstick later, I was out of her office. (It was a TWO hour wait to get the Rx filled, so you can shop and spend more money there while you are sick). Lo! I got a bill for $143. They did not file my Medicare, and when they finally did when I called about it, it did not cover the entire cost. The bill is still $95. They are blaming me because the nurse was wrong and billing said that I should've known better, didn't I read all about Medicare first and visit the CVS page? Uh, no. That is why I asked first thing.
