Very spacious and well thought out Sports Club right down to a little shelf on top of the toilet roll holder for your phone or bag. Cloth individual rolled hand towels at basins and hair straighteners at bench mirrored area. Lots of choice for meals, Cafe, Asian noodle bar or Hadley's restaurant. Recommend the baked chicken breast in sherry cream sauce with asparagus and kipfler potatoes. Entree mezza plate very nice starter for 2 with arrancini balls, falafel, haloumi, aoili, breads and olives.

The staff were utterly fabulous! So happy, obliging, personable - truly a credit to the Club.; even on a busy and important day for guests they were attentive and generous. The food was wonderful, fresh, a thoughtful festive menu, great sauces. Appreciated the complimentary drinks to start. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the Club, and the courtesy from everyone (from front desk to bar staff) made it a memorable Christmas lunch. THANKS to all.

Attended The Tivoli show on Sunday, show was fantastic, but way, way to LOUD. The first 3 people on my table had to remove their hearing aides. Even then it was way to LOUD. People who don't have any hearing problems had to put cotton wool into their ears to help with the volume. There is a Mic & T-coil for hearing impaired people for just such a thing as a show, each person can adjust their hearing aides with out interfering with any other people. This also helps people that do not have hearing problems as the music won't have to be turned up quite so loud. The temperature in the theatre was way to cold. The show was fantastic and the food at the venue was brilliant, so keep up the good work in that respect.

Super friendly staff on entry. Love the prawn dumplings and the prawn and scallop shumai. Newish bar that has a great whiskey selection. Never seem to be there when the restaurant is open. Great sunny courtyard. The cafe menu needs modernizing next! Big sports bar downstairs.

Pretty good but the Cafe area needs to get its act in order. We have experienced forgotten orders, orders sitting waiting for delivery for extended periods and long delays for coffee with not too many customers around. And staff - please smile.

Never had a bad experience here until I tried ordering a hot chocolate one time but my card wasn’t working and lady was rude and not giving me much time to try and make it work and seemed like she didn’t want to serve me and eventually walked off without saying anything. Every other time has been great
