I have known Melanie for many years not long ago i was having a lot of trouble sleeping. I call and told her what was going on in my life and how I was not sleeping she said she could help me. She said I would need 3 sessions with her and some dedication on my part to follow what she tells me. I agreed and I had my first session I felt good after the session and had some good and bad nights told this to her and she quickly came up with a answer. Melanie is very knowledgeable and personable. She’s down to earth and straight forward while also kind and understanding.
The hypnosis sessions were very thorough. I often felt relaxed and calm afterward and would self-reflect the rest of the evening.
My final session was a few weeks ago and I still feel that some of the items I wanted to let go of are gone or at least not held as tightly.
In addition, I’ve seen improvements in mood and minor areas as a result.
