Disappointing manner by receptionist. It was like she was too busy to even be polite and became argument when something was misunderstood. Not very personable to those seeking treatment and asking a question. Rude and dismissive she basically said we ( yea she spoke for the practice) have plently of patients we don’t need you when I tried to reschedule an appointment. She told me to go elsewhere. Disappointed

Receptionist is extremely rude and abrasive, they may want to consider replacing her and she may want to consider an industry change as its clear the people skills presented are minimal and only creates a barrier for those looking for help. I have requested a referral to a different psychologist for this reason.

Daniela is very helpful and has a lot of compassion, patience, understanding and is easy to talk to when dealing with my depression and anxiety. She didn't even charge me when I wasn't working and having financial difficulties. She is committed in helping people like me, in which I've never had mental health issues in the past. She was the best thing that ever happened to me during my struggles. I'd also like to thank the staff, Cathy and Debbie, for being patient with me despite of my annoying schedules. So I highly recommend Daniela and if you're not happy with your current psychologist, I encourage to get a second opinion and try Mindways Psychological Services.

Receptionist shouldn’t be working in a place where they are dealing with mental health patients. she was so rude. I’m pretty sure if she slammed the phone down any harder it would have snapped.

My experience at Mindways Psychological Services has always been very positive for myself and all 4 of my young children. They have always treated myself and my family with kindness and respect. The office lady's do a wonderful job and display exceptional customer service skills and are always catering to ones individual needs. The Psychologist was amazing to work with and always made every attempt to make myself and my children feel comfortable while attending to this service. It's a kind and relaxed atmosphere when attending appointments at mindways and they always extended the knowledge they have for my children to help me take home the nessacerry tools to implement things into my children's home lifestyle. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking a Child Psychologist or a Adult Psychologist it's been amazing and very beneficial for all 4 of my young children . Thankyou to all the wonderful staff at Mindways in Wetherill Park you all do such a fantastic job within our community.

good services, but major thumbs down to whoever picks up the phone at reception- very rude and passive, surely they’re aware people who book are mentally unstable We don’t need to be treated like an idiot while we already feel bad. Super triggering.

Wanted to book appointment with a councillor. However unless I was on a Centrelink benefit I was advised I wouldn't be bulk billed. When I mentioned my doctor referred me the receptionist said that I could be bulk billed however I would have to wait and be fitted in between clients.
Considering i needed help this is a poor service!!
