Arrived for my 2:00pm appointment at 1:37pm. They wanted me there a half hour early to complete paperwork. Since I didn't get there at exactly 1:30 they told me they won't see me. Mind you, my appointment was scheduled for 2pm, and they have signs on multiple buildings, so i had to try other doors before finding the right one.
They were quick to take my debit card for my copayment before telling me they won't see me. Ran my card and everything. Luckily the money was refunded.
Staff is cold and unwelcoming.
Asked to reschedule asap because I now am out of my medication, get told they can't see me until mid November or December. I am mow without my medication for 2wks until another place can see me.
After looking at other reviews I now see a lot of people have had this same issue. I'd stay clear.

I started TMS treatment and is been very helpful. The TMS staff were profesional and very kind. Lisa was a great help throughout the entire process. She helped me schedule my insurance transportation. I am very grateful for all the help and dedication that was given to me.

I can’t say enough good things about Millie from the Medical Records Department. She has been incredibly helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help when I have questions or special requests regarding my senior father's medical records.
