Very friendly and helpful staff ! They are truly knowledgeable and will do everything to help. They fill your script quickly but you can wander around in the amazing gift shop section while you wait and find a great gift idea ! I recommend this pharmacy.

Do NOT shop at this pharmacy absolute RIP OFF!!!
Stopped at this set of shops to go to the fruit shop and seen this chemist thought I would pop in to grab what I needed and they are SO OVERPRICED it’s an absolute joke!!! $27.99 for Difflam Throat spray when I left I thought that sounded expensive so went on to look at surrounding chemists and it’s only $11.99 at chemist werehouse and $16.99 at other chemists your joking no wonder you have terrible reviews!
Went back not even 15mins later to ask for a refund and you were closed @3pm.
Not happy will not be returning.
Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy absolute RIP OFF if I could give zero stars I would !!

I like to support local businesses however this pharmacy is so insanely overpriced there is no way I will return. I went to get toddler Paracetamol and Neurofen for my little one year old, I was absolutely gobsmacked when I was told the price was $49 (usually costs $29).

To make things worse, the service didn't even come with a smile for a parent clearly there with an unwell child.

I usually get my prescription for $6 at my old chemist and it cost me $20 here. It's a shame as this is my local but I definitely will not be able to afford my prescriptions here. It would be nice to have a shop at the Milton shops that isn't gentrified and ridiculously expensive. I gave two stars because the staff are really lovely and this would be a nice shop to buy gifts from if you're rich.

generally fine, but beware, I was guided to a clearly marked $16 shelf for eye drops, hidden on the back of the box, was a $35 price tag, and that was what I was charged.

For some reason, though they are a chemist, they suggested that preservative free was safer than preserved medicine. To be honest, I was surprised the eye drops weren't Homeopathic.

I was just reminded why I try to avoid this pharmacy.
Today my prescription for generic medication cost nearly 3x the price I usually pay at a larger pharmacy. Recently I paid more than 3x the usual price for eye drops.
I'm all for supporting local businesses, and do so whenever I can, but there is no incentive for me to shop here despite it being within walking distance of my home.

EXTORTIONATE PRICING. It’s basically a gift shop with an in-store pharmacist. But my god is it overpriced (shockingly expensive) and for no good reason either - most of the non-gifty stuff is old and dusty plus it seems that the staff don’t know how to smile or be friendly (unless you’re a regular).
Just don’t bother, drive the extra five minutes in either direction to a different pharmacy/chemist.
