Milton Family Practice set the benchmark from the initial contact at Reception, Bianca is exceptionally efficient, caring and sets the tone within the Practice.
Without an appointment I was shown respect and seen by Dr Nicholas Kunzer within the hour, so appreciative for his empathy, knowledge and follow up treatment. Thankyou both without this care it would have changed the swift manner in which I was able to get a chronic flareup undercontrol. I would recommend Dr Nicholas Kunzer to anyone seeking exceptional health care and management.
We also witnessed the overall running of Milton Family Practice over the week which added to my positive experience.

Lovely caring group of doctors. Beautiful surgery. I have seen three different ones there now and they always take time to listen. The receptionist is awesome and goes above and beyond to help with enquiries. I am glad I found this practice for my family as it can be so hard to find a doctor that does not rush you. Recommend

Excellent medical practitioners and staff. Would not go anywhere else. Dr Thompson so caring and knowledgeable - have also seen other doctors there and they can’t do enough for me. Love the reception staff too - very helpful and caring and always aiming to improve.

Was looking for a good Dr. After moving from Sydney 2 months ago. So happy to have found Milton Family Medical! Annnd Dr. Emma Thompson! All the doctors and staff are so welcoming, warm and caring. They really care about you.

I had a really bad experience. I wanted an appointment with a specific doctor so I had to wait two weeks for the appointment. When I got there the whole appointment was a huge rush. I was asked what I wanted before I had even sat down on the chair to hurry me up. The doctor was extremely rude towards me and didn’t believe me when I told them what I had been suffering with so I got no help for it. I had even had tests done prior to that that came back with a positive result to prove what was wrong. Because they were in such a hurry I didn’t get any time to discuss anything. I was also treated really rudely and several comments said to me almost made me burst in to tears. I don’t want to go in to detail publicly. I left feeling upset and didn’t gain anything from the appointment at all. I will need to make another appointment now with a different doctor so that I can discuss what I didn’t get to talk about in that appointment and try to get some help. I will never be returning to that doctor again.

The practice is only concerned about making money, and employs registrars because they don’t have to pay them.
