By far, the best medical centre I've been to. We travel all the way from the Bankstown area to see Dr. Cao.

Do Cao is a wonderful Dr whom I would highly recommend. I have been seeing him for over 10years and I have always found him knowledgeable and helpful with my various medical needs.
He has been especially helpful during this pandemic having made phone consultation and Escripts available. Unfortunately I cannot recommend his receptionist, whilst she is a nice person she is not suitable in this job, she has poor English/language skills, no phone manner and is often quite rude. She would be better suited in a job that required no interaction with people.

Great Doctor Surgery, the best Milperra and the Dr actually cares about your health and lifestyle in a way that makes you feel like he cares ! A rare type of Dr these days, he's not worried about the time it's taken only about you and your health and well-being ! Only wish there were more GP's like him !

Doctor Cao himself is a really good doctor, the only problem is when you ring for an appointment, and she can’t understand you and you are saying it’s a language barrier, and time waiting. But overall if you wanting to know your result and why you are in for then we have no choice but to be patient.

I called at 8:45am and asked for an appointment for myself and my wife. The receptionist asked us to attend at 11:15am. Upon arrival at 11:15am she stated there was a delay and if we could come back in 30mins. We obliged and returned at 11:45am. She stated to us that it was still not our turn. I asked her if we were next and she refused to answer. I kept asking her how many people before us and she kept replying that our appointment was not until 11:30 and that she knows how to do her job. She was rude and abrupt and seemed to not understand english. Very poor customer service. I have been to this medical centre a few times since moving into the area and have noticed poor customer service by the receptionist however never to this extent
Furthermore they didn't even call to find out why we didn't return again.... and never will.

One of the better doctors I have seen out west. Especially given they bulk bill. Good english speaking skills and the visit is not rushed. Dr Cao is good for second opinions.

Dr cao is very proffesional he may not have the bells and whistles of other company run practicea but he is a very good doctor and a good practical clinic.
