I recently visited Millbank Medical Practice and had an appointment with Dr. Anila Amjad. She is not only an excellent GP but also someone who truly cares about her patients. I consulted her for some skin allergies on the back of my neck. Dr. Anila carefully examined the issue and prescribed a cream that has already shown significant improvement.

My husband and I have been going to this Medical Centre for 12 years and find some of the remarks astound me. We have found all Doctors, nurses and Office staff have been most co-operative when I have found it necessary to contact them for an appointment. Keep up the good work Millbank.

The doctors at this surgery are very professional. Although the reception staff are extremely rude and not helpful.This situation needs to be addressed by management. I was a patient previously, when Dr Lowrie was on Maternity leave I had to change to another surgery as other females are very had to see. A receptionist Skye, gave me an appointment time & then advised me they were not taking new patients.I am not a new patient & wish to see a professional. It is extremely rude to treat patients in this way and the patients choice to have various Doctors opinions. Shame on you Skye. It would be advisable for you to choose an empathic approach or perhaps you are in the wrong profession.

I had trouble finding a good GP when I had moved back to Bundaberg over 3 years ago, when I had my first baby I was recommended this practice and have been going now the last 2 and a half years, doctors are prompt and all staff are incredibly friendly. My doctor is extremely booked out ahead but if I have an urgent matter the other doctors there have been great.

I have been a patient there for 10 years the receptionist was always rude when making appointments they are not helpful at all I am absolutely decussated they can treat sick patients like this, you get treat like your nothing. I have moved practices and are very happy now I get treat like I am important and with respect.

Great environment. Friendly doctors and nurses. Efficient & professional booking. Although sometimes there's wait time, but there are so many patients in Bundaberg so it's understandable.

We had to wait 1 hr for our appointment, no staff bothered to let us know that the doctor was going to be running that late and when we finally were seen the doc didn’t actually apologise for running late. Not professional and certainly not polite!

Very slow and inefficient work attitude. Some receptionists are not helpful at all. Prepare when you need help they just keep saying the same thing that’s not helpful at all.
