After suffering for five years with hearing aids that were basically unusable from day one—backed up by a lack of patient care or follow-up service (ie: "you just need to wear them more and you'll eventually get used to them!"), going to Midcoast Hearing was like a breath of fresh air.

Naomi's professionalism—and pride in what she does—is in stark contrast to my previous provider (one of the large clinic chains) here in Taree. That's the difference when you are dealing with someone who not only lives in the area, but also isn't happy unless *you* are happy with your hearing aids. No up-selling here!

I can't recommend Midcoast Hearing highly enough. Naomi and Kaitlyn are always ready to field any questions you have, and will do their utmost to help.

Also, I like her "fridge"... could do with some fridge magnets, though 😉

I transferred to Midcoast Hearing after being dissatisfied with my then hearing practitioner. Naomi has been most supportive and has been very professional in both her testing procedures and her approach. I would recommend Midcoast Hearing to anyone looking for top class treatment.
They are also cochlear practitioners for those with more advanced hearing problems

We discovered Naomi through a search on the internet, and the price difference with hearing aids was astounding, saved thousands!
Exceptional service, thorough and efficient, checked my wife’s aids out and found that the firmware needed a critical update, which was surprising as they were supposed to have been serviced not long ago by a local Audiologist. Make Naomi Richards of Manning Hearing your first and only stop for all your hearing problems. Looking forward to getting my new aids!
