The nurses at Miami Private were extremely friendly, caring and professional. Everything went very smoothly and overall would highly recommend the hospital. I had never been there before. It's small but the staff are what make it excellent. For what can be a scary place for some, it was a very pleasant experience.

I can't thank this hospital enough for the kindness I received today from every staff member, all the nurses were so lovely and so professional in there duties. I was a bit worried going in for a gastroscopy procedure but that soon passed once I was admitted as a patient. The surgeon I had was Dr Thompson and I could not of been in better hands and of course the anaesthetist I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had in any hospital on the coast and I have been to most of them over the years. All I can say is a big thank you.

I had my breast augmentation 11 days ago now at the Miami Private hospital with Dr Ong, I have had a wonderful experience with Minkst from my first phone call. All the staff have been amazing and helpful from start to finish. I received all my information from the doctors and nurses and also received emails with all instructions for before and after surgery. I only needed the pain medication for the first two days and then I continued taking normal panadol for the next 4 days, I have 0 bruising. Jess one of the nurses has already called me 3 times after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok, and I also had a consultation the day after surgery. All my questions were answered and I never felt hurried or like I was being annoying, the 3d photos really helped me to choose a size and the link Minkst sent me was really easy to use. I can't recommend Minkst any higher if you are considering a breast augmentation.
