Unable to get treatment for endometriosis. Was referred to Dr Naik who specialises in the mirena but yet knows nothing about it and says she's a gynecologist yet she cannot treat me as I have to get a referral for a gynecologist yet she will not give me a referral nor any strong pain meds. I've been trying for many months to get help with my endo to no avail. I am now passing out its getting so bad and these doctors here don't care. Don't go here they will not help you. My symptoms are getting worse I saw their gyno and they won't give me a referral to see a real one. They treat me like I'm a joke they don't take endometriosis seriously. Worst doctor experience of my life. They literally gave up on treating my endo.

Dr Kumar ( my treating gp for the last 10 years), the other qualified doctors and the highly trained staff have not just been my doctors but have also become like family. I am terminally ill and Dr Kumar has always been such a supportive doctor and advocate. Thr staff always make me feel like I don't have to go through this alone. I would highly recommend all the dedicated staff and doctors and especially Nadine, the nurse. She is always ready to wipe the tears from my eyes and replace them with a smile. Thanks heaps guys I don't think I would still be alive if it wasn't for your support. xoxo 😊

Myself and my family have been seeing the doctors at this surgery for many years. All the doctors have been great but in particular Dr Kumar, Dr Naik and Dr Hanna are amazing !!! The nurse, Nadena, is also amazing and very professional, she has done all my childrens vaccinations throughout the years, they won't go to anyone else!
They have always been very helpful and supportive and go above and beyond to provide great care. Can not recommend enough 😊

My husband and I have both been attending this practice for many years- my Dutch husband normally see's Dr Anura, whilst I visit his wife Dr Savitri. We cannot speak of them highly enough! I'm currently going through a very tough time with work- Dr Savitri's words of encouragement, and level of support she has shown me has been outstanding! Every time they see us they both greet us with big smiles and make us feel very welcome. True professionals who show integrity, total professionalism, and display warmth and empathy whilst displaying a thorough understanding of medicine. Highly recommend this Practice.

The worst service I have ever recieved, receptionist is fantastic and overworked but the male Indian doctor has no idea how not only to deal with patients but what to do!! His capacity to communicate on multiple levels is obviously non existant, poor GP with poor all round skills!!!
The lowest representative for a GP I have ever come across.
Sad day when we allow a person like him to be in charge of sick people.
You are better off seeing a vet then him as like mentioned he has no idea.
He is always late, never a apology and to him it is obviously a numbers game

First appointment with male for help with my alcoholism, was given some valium and told "i will have lots of extra time to jerk the gherkin more often".
Changed to female doctor, injured my arm was told i needed immediate surgery which i needed my Gp to organise, took a week of multiple calls with promises of being called back after the patient she is with, day after day that never happened regarding what they called the emergency surgery i needed. Finally the rude receptionist told me "She will call when she is ready" and hung up on me. After this I spent an hour on the phone with the hospital and arranged my own surgery.
And there nurse im sure has only nursed farm animals, you will understand if you ever meet her.
There are many surgeries around i suggest if you are going for your kids, or are elderly or have a serious problem...actually any reason try somewhere else.

Have been coming here since we’ve moved to the Gold Coast.
All the drs are friendly and helpful.
Even when it’s been a long time since our last visits they still remember us.
I am happy that this is my local GP.
Never had an issue .
