I've seen Dr.Keila Hoover since 2015-2016 in her old office where it was small at the time so they had valet. Here at the new office, it being BIGGER and all... you wait here for hours even AFTER your scheduled appointment time and the customer service has truly disintegrated. Very unprofessional seeing the front desk people always argue with each other about who gets to get charged and who doesn't. Very unprofessional seeing walk-ins taken in BEFORE YOU, again, even after having a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I've given them I try for years for my annuals since they moved to their new location and prior but today was absolutely the last straw. Oh and not to mention, I've seen COUNTLESS amount of people argue with the front desk because they charge 50-70$ just to PICK UP ur bloodwork (they say it's because ur seeing a physician/np even after your initial charge when u first show up to your regular check up -Goodluck to the future of Premium Healthcare-- your inconsistent customer service really SHINES thru and makes me HAPPILY find a different primary ? Adios ?

Very satisfied with the service provided by the staff here at the research center, NOTHING in comparison to the staff downstairs. From the front desk lady, the one in training and Jaqueline she was great. 150% recommend and will refer friends and family !
