Dr. Rose Ruiz is a great doctor. She is kind, caring, and listens carefully. She explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I felt safe and comfortable during my visit. Saw Dr Chowdhury Kashem twice for the 1 script and he completely messed me around and charged me for it. Wasn't even a heavy drug, just my normal medication I've been on for years. Wouldn't give me a repeat script even though I was going to run out. Went back a second time, gave me a months worth and told me to come back, and billed me for the inconvenience.... I LOVE Dr Rose Ruiz at the clinic though. She's incredible, genuinely listens and beyond helpful. Considering all the drs are in the same clinic, you'd think seeing another of the drs when you can't get into your own that they'd be able to write repeat scripts without issue

I am 53 years old, I have visited many doctors over these years in Australia and UK and I can honestly say that Dr Rose Ruiz is far better than all of my previous doctors. Dr Rose is always happy, Kind and extremely professional. Her knowledge is huge and she is both polite and direct in how she explains medical situations so there is no misunderstanding. We have been attending this clinic and seeing Ajay for 12years. He is attentive, listens and makes us feel heard. All drs we have been with in the Centre have been great. Reception ladies are wonderful too.
