Merse Wellness Spa is an absolute gem💎 The space is beautifully designed, with an aesthetic that immediately sets a calming and luxurious tone. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to not only guide me my friend through the amenities but also educating us on the best routine for optimal results.

The facilities are top-notch, featuring a traditional sauna, ice baths, and hot spas—all impeccably maintained. The contrast therapy between the sauna, ice baths, and hot spas was invigorating and left me feeling completely refreshed. The attention to detail and overall ambiance make this a perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Also the women’s change room have blow dryers, hair straighteners and hair curling irons!

Very easy to book via the app. Keen to come back🎀✨

Merse is my favorite place to go for my recovery and wellness. After having hard sessions at the gym and doing Martial Arts Merse is an absolute essential as part of my recovery. I not only use Merse for myself but also with my clients and family members. I enjoy the clean facilities and the staff are very polite and friendly. I absolutely enjoy Paige and Jacqueline (staff) company and support they are very efficient and always helpful thanks ladies.

Just had the best experience today at Merse. It was first time and everything was above expectation. Booking was easy, Jacklyn at reception was so friendly , knowledgeable and really made my daughter and I feel welcome. The massage was fantastic, so relaxing.

Absolutely the best place to visit if you have chronic pain issues, or just want to recover from injury a hard work out in the gym or just reset and relax. The staff are the best and very accomodating. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are in need of pain relief and live in chronic pain daily like I do. Thanks goes to Paige and all the staff with their support I have now joined as a member and will be visiting as often as I can to manage my chronic pain issues 🙏

UPDATED REVIEW: I originally rated Merse Wellness Holmview as 1 star and gave them a scathing review due to physical injury caused by their massage services. I had chest pain, couldn't breath and had to seek medical treatment. After the branch ignoring contact for 3 weeks, I was contacted by the Regional Manager to resolve this matter.

Credit where credit is due, I do believe the Regional Manager handled it to the best of her ability, dealing with a flaky independent contractor and a slack accounts team. Because of the regional manager, I have bumped up my review to 3 stars, which personally I feel is being generous.

However it took 2.5 months of back and forth communication about compensation, and the accounts team still skimped on the agreed upon cost of compensation (written in email), which is just dishonorable and unethical business. I'm not wasting my time anymore chasing pennies. For the amount of time taken and for cutting compensation short of the agreed amount, I will not give the last two stars. I wanted to give Merse Wellness a chance to redeem themselves, but this whole experience has been painful (literally with chest pain and difficulty breathing) and frustrating. I don't really recommend going here or dealing with them.
