Went here for a covid test, the nurse dropped the specimen bag on a ground of soil and had soil on her gloves. Nurse proceeded to make excuses about how "its fine". Nurse got helper to do the test. Avoid if you are immunocompromised. Microbes from soil can potentially contain brain-eating amoeba and bacteria. Regard for patient infection control seems non-existent.

Complaint update: don't go here if you value your health! Tired careless staff and management that don't cater to the community. There are no procedures in place to test non-driving immunocompromised people safely.

I dont care how long COVID has gone on, standards deserve an appropriate response, not a proverbial shrug

I can’t Thank the staff at Merriwa hospital enough my husband burnt his eye while we were camping and he was seen to quickly from the friendly nurses and doctor. They had him sorted out so we could enjoy the rest of our camping trip.
