I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Merriwa Medical Centre. First, they asked me to fill out a paper form with my card details, including the expiration date and CCV code. I refused, as I believe this information should not be provided, especially on a paper form. Nevertheless, they scheduled an appointment without it. The two days before the appointment, I called to cancel, and I have a screenshot of the call. Today, I received a bill for not showing up, despite the fact that I called and cancelled. This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable!

1st Appointment at a new Surgery booked for 3.50pm, at 4.20 i realised how important patients aren't, mine and his. I left.
I wouldn't bother unless you have heaps of time they can waste, I don't.

Went back today and it’ll be the last time I ever pass through the doors. The appointment was over an hour late, the dr spent 5mins with me & then come out without notice to a $78 bill even though I’ve always been to the dr there and been bulk billed with a pension card.

I also asked about an appointment for my 2yr old to which I was told that she would also be charged full price for an appointment.

The new management at this place has run it into the ground, not only did you loose the best drs but you also stopped servicing the people in the area with your greed and money hungry ways. No wonder people get sick and stay sick!

Money hungry, cannot run to time or even close to time, dirty facilities and inaccessible if you’re not loaded!

Wasn’t going to leave a review, but they had the audacity to ask for one via text so here it is. If the doctor is running over an hour late, you could always give me a heads up saying so, so I don’t have to sit around the lobby for over an hour waiting for my whole 4 minutes with the doctor. Then to still charge me for my 4 minutes after waiting over an hour was a bit how ya goin I thought. Very annoying

There is only one doctor at this doctor clinic and the doctor is that slow it's unbelievable tbh. Not happy 😠
