Dr Karolina is a wonderful doctor. I totally trust her and can discuss easily my condition with her. I have had to see dr Phil and dr Peter and they too are doctors who put you at ease.

I’ve been coming to Mermaid Junction Medical Centre for many years, my family all see Dr Stevie Bray who is such a kind, professional and knowledgeable doctor and is so great with my kids.
On occasions when she hasn’t been available, the other doctors have also all been great. Cannot recommend the surgery enough and its bulk billing!

Was booked in for an emergency appointment and was never called. Staff (Ruby) then proceeded to be rude and hang the call up after popping me in for a cancellation. Do better.

UPDATE: This medical centre obviously doesn't care about bad service and dreadful doctors. Posted below a while ago and no one has attempted to reach out from that medical centre. Reading other comments it is obvious the "doctor" I saw cares very little about patients and the medical centre doesn't care about anyone either. It's disgusting.

I had an extremely bad experience with this clinic. Was looking for a new clinic and a couple of people recommended this one. Had a sore throat so was asked to sit outside and the receptionist forgot about me! I was left outside feeling quite sick and in a virtual ashtray with people smoking. I went in after about 40 minutes when the receptionist admitted she forgot me. She took me I to a spare room to wait for the GP. When he turned up he seemed to be very rushed and did not seem interested in anything I had to say. Made some comment about me being in the free clinic. I had blood tests because I was very worried about a blood condition that has shown up in the past and a possible new infection. I was told the results would be back early the following week . I did not hear for over a week and when I called was told my results had come back but the doctor had advised no further action needed - so no one contacted me. I picked up the results and have found some disturbing information so will go somewhere else to have more tests. One test actually recommended another test in a couple of weeks!!
Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service.

Cannot rate the team at Mermaid Junction Medical Centre enough. From the friendly receptionists, caring nurses to the amazing doctors. Whenever we have needed to see a doctor urgently the team has gone above and beyond to fit us in and the doctors are so thorough. Highly recommend for young families.

The team are amazing, reception staff always super efficient and friendly. The doctors especially Dr Bray is always so thorough and takes the time to provide excellent care. Very mindful that it’s a bulk billed service when there is very limited doctors who offer bulk billed today. Sometimes there is a wait but happy knowing it’s because the doctors are giving good considerable care to the patients who might need it before me.

I've been coming to this medical centre about 2 years. I absolutely like my GP that's why I am coming here but waiting time is ridiculous! I book an appointment then I am sitting and waiting for 40-60 min. And it doesn't matter I book early morning or evening time.
