What a GREAT Practice for patient care, calmness, patience and professionalism. It all starts with the lovely and caring reception staff, it really does. They are brilliant, as it isn't an easy job!! Their welcoming approach makes it a positive start for the next step which is seeing the GP. I have seen two of them here lately and both are friendly, informative and approachable. The nurses are fantastic as well, very professional and they they don't rush the consultation! I am only too happy to share this good and positive feedback. The staff, all of them deserve it.

Mermaid Beach Medical has been our families GP practice for decades, with their caring GPs and helpful reception staff, we are always well looked after.
My family have been patients of Dr Carter for 25+ years, he is simply wonderful & has been such a pillar of support and guidance to us all throughout all our varied stages in life and continues to be.

Been coming here since they moved from the location next door and had been going there since my teens! (I'm almost 40 now) Dr Carter, Dr Sumitomo, any other doctors I've had to see are all great. Never had a bad experience and always helpful! I live about 25 mins away but I still refuse to change doctors to somewhere closer, knowing I'm getting a service I am happy with and trust which is worth the drive.

Dr Carter is amazing. I've had my fair share of doctors living in so many different places and countries and I can honestly say he is one of the best not just he knowledge and and experience but the way he treats you as a person. You don't feel like just a number with him or not knowing what mood he'll be in, he is always so greeting, personal, friendly. You can have a great laugh with him. He is a true asset to Mermaid Beach Medical Centre.
And the ladies behind the front desk are absolutely lovely and always going above and beyond to help you out with any situation you have going on. I can not say enough about how everyone treats you there.

I have been going to Mermaid Beacb Medical Centee for over 10 years now …. Dr. Carter is the BEST GP on the Gold Coast by far!!! He always gives you the time and care you need 🩷 all the nurses and ladies at reception have incredible customer service and are always happy to see you 😊😊 I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for the best place on the Gold Coast!!!

I have been a patient of MBMC, specifically Dr Kazuki for almost 3 years now, and couldn’t fault either him/his care or the practice itself. Upon arrival both Sandra and Linda give you a warm welcome and are both very accommodating and friendly towards patients. The nurses out the back are also very caring and empathetic.
I highly recommend Dr Kazuki for any future patients! I would give him 10 stars if I could!
