She calls my sons name ,talks to other staff on the way to her room, about not related medical help ,saying I'll be quick with this one.
We felt rushed and an inconvenience

I would not usually put reviews in clinics but this one is just so good.

Everyone was so polite, im just a booking for visa medical but I felt well accomodated every step of the way. Staff and doctors were too lovely. Thank you!

Just left this practice and have come away feeling lighter and happier due to the infectious friendliness of the staff. The nurses, reception team and staff were all so welcoming, friendly and kind and this made a huge difference to many other practices we’ve been to around the world! We really appreciated the attention to detail and great advice we received during our appointment, thank you so much all! 🙂

Travelling from Melbourne through to QLD. Needed an ad-hoc appointment for my 3 year old son, and was rejected, even though the doctor is available at the time requested. As doctors have rights of discretion, it is hard to determine this be anything other than geographic discrimination.
This practice will only help you if you're a local. I sure hope they get the outweighed extra special treatment on the back end of this antisocial, tax payer funded, medical business practice.

I've always experienced the best possible service with the team at The Junction GP. Occasionally, my doctor may run a few minutes late (5-10 minutes max) but I understand and appreciate that it's because he's caring for patients (he's not having a coffee break while I wait for him) with the same level of care he provides for me.

The only thing that could make me happier is if they packed up and moved closer to my suburb. Until then, I'm happy to make the 30 minute drive.

After being a patient of Dr Paul Martin for a period of 41 years the last 2 years has been very unsatisfactory patient care.
1: Told by one male doctor that he will be glad when Paul comes so he can have his geriatric patients back.
2: Referred by female Dr for a special low iron & neuro myopathy blood test when asked for results said she know nothing about it
3: In the past Paul would phone with results after waiting 10 days no phone call so followed up and someone raised a HotDoc appointment and he rang at 5.30pm and then wanted payment for something I didn’t arrange.
This practice states family GP for families this is now not the case. The nurses Libby & Joe are very professional in their care for their patients.
After the care previously given to myself & my family is no longer available and wait times are out of the world. It seems money rules now.
So as per other reviews about same issues we have changed to a new and caring practice which is a shame after 41 years
