Please please please if you have a family member suffering with mental health issues, keep them as far away from the mental health industry and this farce of a tribunal as possible. They always favour the medical industry over vulnerable humans and their 'rights'. As far as these people's rulings go, vulnerable people have no rights at all. They say they do, but in reality it's the complete opposite. Once these inept and corrupt beauracrats get their hands on your loved one, they can and do whatever they like to them such as incarcerate them in a locked mental health facility for over a year the only reason being so the other corrupt mental health bodies like pharmaceutical funded medical workers or NDIS can talke all the time they like to set up a rort of the system for hundreds and thousands of dollars and enforcing so many intrusions into your loved ones life in a way that is unbearable for them, but profitable for a very corrupt industry rorting the taxpayers and destroying the lives of the most vulnerable that they are supposed to be protecting but failing spectacularly.

They didn’t listen to a word I said during the tribunal to prove me not having psychotic symptoms and solely listened to my case manager and her bs evidences. As a result, I had to continue suffering from the side effects of the depot injections.

Terrible experience, agreeing with the doctors to have ECT Against my will. Keeping me in hospital for another 6 months. Each time I go to the Tribunal they keep extending The time I stay in hospital. Uncaring not have the best, not having this outcome for patients. Out of date practices
